Navigation bar Contains user folders in their media library Contains several organizational structures described below:

Folders The media library shows user created folders to organize media files Joggle calls these: Albums, Playlists, Channels, and Folders depending upon the media appliction. These are user created and allow you to organize your media however you like. Note that Joggle folders are somewhat different from MyFabrik folders. They are not physical 'containers'; instead, they hold a list of media files. Media files are not physically "in" a Joggle folder, and a media file can appear in more than one folder.

View Pane Shows the contents of the selected media folder. Shows the contents of the object currently selected in the nav bar, i.e. smart view, location, folder, creation, or subscription.

  View Controls
how the media are displayed
Five View-display icons are located above the view pane. They provide a timeline view, small and large thumbnails, and two list views. The question mark opens the help file. The View Conrol Bar appears as the medium grey bar at the bottom of the view pane. It includes options: Show, Sort By, and Group By. Thumbnail size can be varied by using the slider at the far right. The Information Pane is opened by clicking on the "i" button. You can edit certain file information there, including tags and caption.

  Actions
what you can do with your media
Appear at the top of the window, above the viewing area. Appear at the bottom of the window in the Action Bar. Clicking on an Action item opens an Action Pane between it and the View Control Bar.

Organize Folder icon next to media app selection; creates a folder at the current level; optionally allows user to identify files to be moved to that folder.

Use the Create button and select the folder icon (Album, Slideshow, Channel, or Folder). The folder appears in the nav bar. Media files can then be selected and dragged into the newly created folder.

Note that this merely creates a logical grouping; no physical move is actually done. A media file can be placed into more than one folder.

Share Person icon below Organize. Sends an email with a URL to the set of selected media. Use the Share button. It provides a single interface for all forms of sharing: email, post on web, and URL. You can share an ad hoc selection of media (as in My Fabrik), or you can share a creation or folder (see Create).

Search Magnifying icon below Share. Enter a search term and the result set is displayed. A My Fabrik search includes all media types. Use the Find button. Identify where you want to search, the search item, and criteria. Click Find and the results appear in the view pane. Click Save, provide a name, and an entry appears in the Smart View section at the top of the nav bar. A Joggle search is currently media type specific.

Tag Tag icon on the right near import/export. Create a new tag or select an existing one. The tag(s) will be applied to the selected media. Tags may also be edited through the info pane in the file detail view. Use the Tag button. Select a group of media files and enter the tag values to be added.
Tags may also be edited through the info pane.

Import Upper right corner. Opens file selector. Files are uploaded at the current level. Use the Upload button. Click Choose Media to select the files to be uploaded.

Export Upper right corner. The selected files are downloaded to your computer. Use the Download button.

Delete Trash can in upper right corner. Drag files or folders here to remove them from My Fabrik. Use the Delete button. If you have selected files from a Location, Joggle will ask you to confirm their removal. If you have selected files in folders they will be removed from the folder, but not physically removed from their location. If you select a folder or creation, you will be asked to confirm its removal. The physical media files will not be removed from their location.

Embed Embed button in the upper right corner. HTML code is provided for several display formats. Use the Share button to get the embed code. For more options about how you want the media to be displayed, use the Create button to first create a creation.

Publish Publish button next to Embed. Click on this to open the Public Page Studio and define or identify the set in which you wish the media placed on your public page. Click the Public Page tab at the top of the nav bar to open your Public Page. You can add a creation to your public page by dragging it into the View Pane. Drag and drop the icons to rearrange the order.

Experiences Experiences appear in a popup at the bottom of the MyFabrik window. They are multi-media sets which can be shared or embedded. Changes to experiences are seen dynamically. Collections serve the same purpose as experiences.

  New Features
Add The Add button allows you to add additional locations to the nav bar. You can add your flickr and picasa accounts here. There is also a shortcut to creating smart views.
